A Christmas Story

Halo...halooo...kabans ku semua.  Sari tu Endu Tupai ponteng kerja.  So bisi meh peluang nyenguk ruai tu.

Hehehe..ngai enda bekunsi ke cerita Christmas 2011 tu tadi.  nyaaa......nyau taun baru diri!

2011 Endu Tupai sebilik and 3 ipar duai sebilik decided to spend Christmas in Bintulu.  Why Bintulu?  Semak and mayoh kaban belayan din.

23rd Dec kami mupok kin. Nemu kita, tu meh first experience Ete driving long distance.  Selama tu nyadi passingir aja.  Kesal ati arr pama meda lorry panjai. Kami diau ba Tanjong Batu Beach apartment.  Sigi endur diau belama pama nemuai kin.  The kids love the pool ke batang(including me hehehe..)  Nyamai sebengkah bisi dapur endur nyumai, washing machine and dryer.  Very convenient.  Nyentok ke sida sudu, gelas, pinggai, kuali, frying pan bisi di sedia magang.  Lauk aja beli.

 Bakatu meh gamal utai di bai.  Nyau baka ka pindah rumah.  Anak mayoh deh.

From day 1 to go home day, 2 kali sari mesti terjun dito.  Ka udu..

Manah facilities dito.

Baka tok meh leboh makan time.  Laban ke nadai gagau ke pengawa bukai, rindu ati meh berapi.  Oven ga bisi endur manggang manok.

Malam 24 Dec 2011, sempat ngintu ari pengada anak ipar (belated actually).  Sigi ka rindu ngintu jauh jauh, maya di Miri be ila ila.

On Christmas Day, EtE bisi nemuai ke rumah cousins (anak my dad's sister).  Rindu ati betemu kazen mazen especially maya pengerami bakatu.

Utai di pandok cousin Jati.  Rajin mat indu nya.

Di rumah cousin Min.  Tu siko indu gila bintis.  Enti udah ngudar, enda alah dua tiga kutak besai sekali ngangkut.

27 Dec di Miri.  Di kangau ke Kesulai ngabang ke astana ya di Tudan.  Alu tebantai magang sida bintis, cik pot.  Enti enda pia, kemaya ngena deh.

Mayoh diri bala datai.

28 Dec, ngabang ke lambir, to mum and dad's home.

Enda kala kala meradak ke nyawa beragu.  Sekali meh beragu, malam nya 3 igi rian mak ku labuh, engka tekenyit ninga suara mas Endu tupai.  Capoh mensia malam nya begau meda Endu Tupai beraksi ngau makropon.

Cukup padat schedule ngabang Ete taun 2011 tok.  Nadai endur enseput.

But I thank God for his Grace and Mercy laban meri peluang berami begulai ngau orang tesayang, dalam menoa aman damai, utai dempa melimpah ruah.

But the greatest gift of all is The Lord JESUS, our advocate our Saviour.

Selamat Ari Krismas

Selamat ngintu ari endur kitai semua ngingat ke ari Tuhan Jesus ada ke dunya tu.  Berami, betanda, gaga ati meh kitai all in the name of Jesus.  Kerja semua utai ketegal Tuhan, ukai ketegal ka ngemuas ke napsu diri empu.  Do everything in moderation.  Be grateful for everything God has done and give you.

Christmas countdown

Christmas is already peeping out from the corner, really.  But I have not started on anything yet except the half done christmas tree.  What with all the happenings in December, there's not even a free time for myself.

These are the 'chores' that needed to be done. hohoho...

1. Complete the christmas tree.                                        This weekend
2. Start washing cushion covers and sofa covers               By end of next week if weather permits
3. Dusting spider webs  & dust on every surface               17 Dec
4. Giving bath to all Bintis and Cik Pots and their homes    19 Dec
5. Bake a cake or two                                                      20 Dec
6. Arrival of in laws family                                                 22 Dec
7. Off to holiday home in ............                                      23 Dec

phewwww!........That's quite a handful of KPIs to achieve.

ya..ya..I know.  Christmas is over, tapi Ete has some more photos to share ke enda sempat di upload maya cuti tok tadi.  Tenet was so damned slow, sakit jiwa nganti gambar ke upload, not to mention network connection putus di tengah jalan.  'sigh!!

Yeaaay!!  Christmas is here once again.  Puji Tuhan laban agi meri peluang ulih berami with loved ones in good health.  The usual agenda; decorate the house, cook, eat, pray and ngabang.

First house on first day, wajib di visit grandma house in Lambir.

Kazen mazen ke macam bansa meh diak.

Pama udah begumpul bala madiks, car park macam showroom jual kereta.

A blessed Christmas 2010

This year our church organised a christmas eve service on Dec 24 at Mega Hotel since our own church is currently closed for renovation works.  The ballroom was packed with congregation that night; with the regular faces; not so regular faces and never seen faces.  I'm even surprised to see some people I know but never seen in Church, came along that night.

How I wish, our church is packed like this every Sunday; but 'sigh', the next time you see lots of turnup like this will be at Easter celebration.  Well, sad to say, this is the ongoing trend.

The next morning, Ete & family attended The christmas service at St Columbas School.  Ete & Family were asked to bring the wine & bread to the Altar; new concept ko pada Alfred.  The whole family will all walk to the altar; mum & dad megai wine & bread; anak anak, akek inek will follow behind.  

Apu!...the last time I did that was many years ago; Ete got nervous takut salah protokol laban nyau enda ingat; maklumlah always sit at the back and never really see how its correctly done.

On the christmas eve service, bisi pada Alfred madah ke papa tupai, he wants him to do something the next christmas morning.  I thought he asked papa tupai nyadi santa claus on christmas morning laban body ya cun nyadi santa claus deh...he..he..  Rupa rupa nya itu; tekanyit Ete.  After blessing the bread & wine, pada Alfred prayed to bless our family...terharu nyer... emmm... I love that concept and we were honoured to be chosen as the first family.

This year is really a blessed christmas.

Sebulan nandan di langit, setaun nampun di bukit, EtE nganti curtain tok siap.  Nasib kain agi manah.

Beserimbai ngau Krismas, Hotel Parkcity bisi nganjung 1 fruit cake to our office.  Almost every year sidak nganjung cake.

Sodap but too sweet for me.  Enda berani ngechek sugar lebel.

Lunchbreak tok tadi bisi christmas luncheon organised by our department.  Menu ya enda sempat di gambar laban sibuk makai.  Lepas makai terus engkecit ke atas ngabas langkau EtE.
