Health is wealth

Sigi amat, I agree with the saying, Health is wealth.  Mayoh bekeni pen duit kitai, if we are too sick to enjoy it, nadai guna.  We end up spending our money to retrieve back our health.

So no matter how busy life demand on us, we must always put health number one. Eewah!!..bunyi pensyarah pula.....ngajar diri empu mega.

Every Monday and Friday bak endor Tupai kerja bisi ngatur kelas cardio.  Leboh angin rajin datai, enggau belama, tang leboh angin malas dah nyerang, pedis amat ka start baru.  (pssst..bukai main nyebut health is wealth tadi..)

Recently we invited an instructor from Kuching to conduct cardio class for us.  Wah...tekanyit EtE when she revealed to me that umur nya dah stengah abad.  She look so much younger than me. (*sigh).  Udah meda ya, alu bekobar kobar semangat ka enggau sesais..he..he..  And she has been conducting classes since morning.  Apu....ari ni stamina ya nya datai?  Tupai enti dah merejok 2 - 3 batang branch, alu breathless.

Sharing information with EtE on how to awet muda.

Cardio enthusiatics

Wah...we enjoyed her class.  Unfortunately, she is not living in Miri, enti enda ulih ngudar ya baru.  Enti selalu beketu engka ulih tupai mengecilkan badan..he..he..he..
